Choose a tea set suitable for brewing tea, including teapot, teacup, tea tray, etc. Make sure the tea set is clean to ensure that the brewed tea is not affected by odors

Choose your favorite tea according to your personal taste, which can be green tea, black tea, oolong tea, etc. High-quality tea will have a better taste and aroma after brewing

First, rinse the teapot and teacup with hot water, then pour out the water and add hot water again to preheat the tea set to avoid the temperature difference affecting the taste of the tea.

Put an appropriate amount of tea leaves into the teapot and rinse it gently with warm water. This step can remove dust and impurities on the surface of the tea leaves and make the tea leaves have a better aroma.

Pour hot water into the teapot. The water temperature should be determined according to the type of tea. Generally, green tea uses 80℃ water temperature, while black tea and oolong tea use 100℃ water temperature. The time for different teas is slightly different, usually 1-5 minutes.

Pour the brewed tea into the teacup and tilt the teapot slightly to allow the tea soup to flow continuously, so as to evenly soak the tea leaves and make the tea soup color alternate from top to bottom and taste mellow. This step is also called "inverting the pot".

Enjoy the brewed tea, savor the aroma of the tea, and feel the strong and sweet taste. In the process of tea tasting, you can feel the fragrance of the tea, try different brewing times and water temperatures, and find the most suitable way to brew tea for yourself.
